James H. LoPrete
James H. LoPrete graduated with distinction from the University of Michigan Law School in 1953 where he was a member of the Law Review. After a brief stint in the Secretary’s office and legal department of the Chrysler Corporation where he worked on corporate matters he went into private practice. He has served as a part-time adjunct instructor of legal writing at Wayne State University Law School.

Mary M. Lyneis
Mary M. Lyneis is a 2001 Magna Cum Laude graduate from the University of Detroit School of Law. Prior to graduating from law school, Ms. Lyneis gained extensive legal experience working for over 25 years as a paralegal with James H. LoPrete for a private practice law firm.

Ruth R. LoPrete
Ruth R. LoPrete is 1991 graduate of Indiana University School of Law. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from DePauw University. Prior to attending law school, Ms. LoPrete held various professional positions in the field of Human Resources. After earning her law degree, she built a successful career with Michigan Consolidated Gas Company (MichCon). She gained extensive expertise in contractual and regulatory issues affecting the acquisition and transportation of natural gas, and served as a witness in Gas Cost Recovery proceedings before the Michigan Public Service Commission.
